Saalio^® Universal Electrode with Graphite Fibers

The Saalio^® universal electrode made of skin-friendly fleece is an original accessory from Saalmann^® medical, designed for the Saalio^® iontophoresis device newly developed in 2015, which ensures effective therapy against excessive sweating.

The Saalio^® universal electrode enables targeted treatment of body areas for which there is currently no pre-formed electrode available (face, underarms, forehead, or neck).

What characterizes the Saalio^® universal electrode made of skin-friendly fleece

• Universal size of approx. DIN A5 (21 x 15 cm) enables iontophoresis treatment of various body areas such as décolleté, buttocks, or parts of the legs (please note the application instructions)
• Natural-colored cotton fleece free from dyes and preservatives, very soft and flexible when soaked in water
• Electrode enriched with highly conductive graphite fibers – ideal for users with metal allergies
• Homogeneous current distribution, prevention of local current peaks

Notes: The universal electrode requires a suitable counter electrode in addition to a Saalio iontophoresis device (control unit). This can be a tray electrode from the Saalio DE set or alternatively a second universal electrode. Treatment on the buttocks can only be carried out in a lying position and is therefore more complex.
