highly absorbent terry cloth - binds up to 150 ml of liquid and stores it well .
Bionic climate membrane - the applied liquid barrier prevents liquid from escaping to the outside. Prevents embarrassing stains and protects your trousers.
Absorbent pads in the integrated inner pocket (if needed). 
What is the difference between sureshorts STANDARD and EXTREM?
sureshorts EXTREM has a 5th level of security for heavier incontinence (up to medium incontinence)
You can insert an additional sureshorts absorbent pad in the inner pocket in the problem area. This has an additional absorption capacity.
The absorbent pads are ultra-thin and very comfortable. You will not feel them when wearing them and nothing is visible from the outside, even with EXTREME.

Externally, there is no difference: the wearing comfort is unchanged and the membrane continues to protect your clothes from embarrassing urine stains.
