Saalio® Forehead Electrode for Iontophoresis

The Saalio® forehead electrode made of skin-friendly fleece is an original accessory from Saalmann® medical, suitable for the Saalio® iontophoresis device newly developed in 2015, which guarantees effective therapy against excessive sweating.

The Saalio® forehead electrode is a modification of the facial electrode and enables a more targeted treatment of the forehead if required. A further advantage: less affected areas of the face are not unnecessarily treated with electricity.

Features of the Saalio® Iontophoresis Forehead Electrode

• Enables the tap water iontophoresis treatment of the forehead (requires a set of basins in order to use hands or feet as counter electrodes)
• Anatomically shaped electrode mask (head circumference 52 to 62 cm)
• Mask made of natural-colored cotton fleece, free of coloring agents and preservatives, very soft and pliable in water-soaked condition
• Mask crafted with the addition of highly conductive graphite fibres – ideal for users with metal allergies
• Homogenous introduction of electricity, avoiding local current peaks
• The absence of open electrode contacts ensures safer dealing with electricity
